Ongoing Clinical Guidance with Marci Evans
For over a decade, Marci has provided ongoing support and education to members of her private Facebook Group through weekly Q&A sessions. Participants routinely say it has been one of the most beneficial aspects of taking her program. Until now, those conversations disappeared after 30 days inside Facebook.
Now she is improving and expanding this offering with the launch of The Clinical Q&A Library, which offers continued access to Marci’s clinical thinking, built from real questions submitted by clinicians in practice.
Each month, new Clinical Q&A videos are added, allowing the Library to grow into an expanding archive of clinical reasoning you can return to whenever a familiar theme resurfaces in your practice.

The Clinical Resource Library is available to clinicians who have purchased one of Marci’s core training courses.

How the Clinical Q&A Works
Clinicians who purchase a core course receive access to the Food and Body Image Healers® Private Facebook Group
Inside the group:
- Group members have the opportunity to submit Clinical Q&A questions
- Three weeks each month, Marci records the Clinical Q&A Session videos responding to the submitted questions
- These videos are posted in the private Facebook group
- Each video remains available in the group for 30 days. After that, it is no longer accessible inside Facebook.
Facebook now deletes live videos after 30 days. This update, alongside other frustrating and unpredictable platform changes, has made it harder for me to provide the kind of quality support I can stand by.
The Clinical Resource Library ensures those conversations do not disappear.
Where the Library Comes In
The Clinical Resource Library exists to provide longer-term access to these videos. It is a curated archive of Marci’s recorded Clinical Q&A Sessions, hosted inside the Food and Body Image Healers® Training Institute.
- Organized by month and quarter
- Clear summaries of questions addressed
- Ongoing additions each month
- Long-term access beyond the 30-day window
How This Library Supports Your Clinical Work
Built Around Real Questions
Every video is based on actual clinical questions submitted by clinicians. These are not scripted lessons. They reflect what is truly arising in practice.
Strengthens Clinical Judgment
The focus is not on scripts, but on how to think through complexity, uncertainty, and nuance. Over time, this deepens confidence and clinical clarity.
A Reference You Return To
This is not content to complete once. Many clinicians revisit the Library when:
- Language feels hard to find
- A case echoes a past discussion
- They want to hear how complexity was held
It becomes a professional reference; it is not another training.
Reflections from Clinicians in Practice
“Marci’s Clinical Q&A sessions offer personalized, clinically nuanced guidance… making them an essential resource when questions arise between supervision meetings.”
Blair Mize, MS, RDN, CSSD, LDN, CEDS-C
“There’s something grounding about hearing questions I’ve carried quietly… Marci’s voice is steady, wise, compassionate.”
Gina Salame, Clinical Nutritionist, CEDS-C
“I consistently walk away with valuable reflections to bring into my sessions.”
Erin Phillips, MPH, RD, CDCES

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can access the Clinical Resource Library?
The Clinical Resource Library is available to clinicians who have purchased one of Marci Evans’ core training courses. Access to the Private Facebook Group and participation in the Clinical Q&A begins with a core course purchase. The Library extends access to those Q&A videos beyond the Facebook group.
Is this a live program or coaching?
No. The Clinical Q&A Session videos are not live.
Marci records Clinical Q&A Sessions videos three weeks each month in response to questions submitted in the Food and Body Image Healers® Private Facebook Group. These recordings are then added to the Clinical Resource Library.
This is not live coaching, supervision, or consultation.
How often are new videos added?
New Clinical Q&A videos are added regularly, based on Marci’s recording schedule, typically three weeks each month. The library continues to grow over time as new questions are addressed.
How do I submit a clinical question?
Questions can be submitted inside the private Food and Body Image Healers® Private Facebook Group or through a simple online form available to Library members. Marci reviews submitted questions and records Clinical Q&A videos three weeks each month.
Questions reflect real cases, challenges, and uncertainty clinicians are experiencing in practice.
How is the Clinical Resource Library different from the Facebook group?
Clinical Q&A videos posted in the Facebook group are available for 30 days only.
The Clinical Resource Library provides long-term access to these same videos in an organized format inside the Food and Body Image Healers® Training Institute on Teachable. Videos are grouped by month and include descriptions of the questions addressed, making them easier to revisit later.
Is the Clinical Resource Library a replacement for supervision?
No. The Clinical Resource Library is not supervision and does not replace individual or group supervision.
Many clinicians use the library as a supportive resource between supervision sessions, especially when access to supervision is limited or infrequent.
What topics are covered in the Clinical Q&A Sessions?
Topics vary based on submitted questions and commonly include:
- Eating disorder assessment and treatment considerations
- Treatment team challenges and communication
- Working with ambivalence, resistance, or setbacks
- Scope of practice questions
- Family dynamics and boundaries
- Clinical uncertainty and ethical considerations
Because questions are clinician-driven, topics reflect what is showing up in real practice.
How long do I have access to the Library?
Access continues as long as your membership is active.
You may choose monthly or annual billing and can cancel at any time.
Is this a one-time purchase?
No. The Clinical Q&A Library is an ongoing membership, not a one-time product. This allows the library to continue growing and ensures continued access to new Clinical Q&A videos as they are added.
Are CEUs included with the Clinical Resource Library?
No. CEUs are earned through Marci’s core training courses. The Clinical Resource Library is designed to support ongoing learning and clinical development, not to provide additional CEUs.
What are the Open House Q&A sessions?
Library members receive access to two Open House Q&A sessions per year with Marci. These sessions focus on broader themes, common challenges, and reflection across questions submitted by the community.
Is this a good fit if I’m brand new to eating disorder work?
The Clinical Resource Library is best used alongside or after completing a core training. It assumes a foundational understanding of eating disorder treatment and is most helpful once you are actively working with clients.
What if I decide it’s not a good fit?
You can cancel your membership at any time. Access will continue through the end of your billing period.
