Mini Me Meditation

Hunger – typically an every day occurrence yet most of us live totally disconnected from how we experience it in our bodies. In fact, if you have a complicated relationship to hunger you are not alone! This 12 minute meditation may be of use to you if:

  • You want to feel more clear about how your body communicates hunger to you
  • You want to feel less anxious, judgmental, or guilty about feeling hungry
  • You want to develop greater self-trust around food
  • You want to feel better able to eat in response to hunger, rather than the clock or your emotions more often
