We believe in non-weight focused counseling. This doesn’t mean we won’t talk about your weight concerns. If that’s important to you, we want to discuss it! It just means that our interventions are focused primarily on healing your relationship to food and body and the natural outcome of that work is the healthiest weight for your mind, body, and spirit.

We believe in Intuitive Eating. This means you have innate wisdom about what and how to eat. Our job is to help you reconnect with that wisdom by deconstructing unhelpful beliefs, providing you with research-based nutrition information, supporting you with eating structure, and sharing guided exercises to help you reconnect to your body’s wisdom.
