Nutrition Counseling

Eating can be a lot more complicated than we give it credit for. Our goal is to help you establish a healthy relationship with food and your body so you can discover a pattern of eating that supports your mental, emotional, and physical well being.

One-On-One Counseling

We provide one-on-one nutrition counseling from our office in Cambridge, located in the heart of Harvard Square. We currently accept all Blue Cross Blue Shield and Harvard Pilgrim insurance plans as well as Tufts PPO. If we do not accept your insurance, we can also provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes. We have also created an insurance scriptto help you identify if your insurance plan will cover nutrition counseling with us.

Marci has been the most inspirational and supportive person in my eating disorder recovery team. I have always felt comfortable bringing up the most sensitive subjects, and she is able to give me feedback in a non-judgmental and helpful way. She has many great ideas, uses worksheets, and recommends books to help supplement the topics covered at each meeting. Her main strength is being able to build structure for clients in a way that makes sense in their transition toward healthy intuitive eating. Figuring out how to make food a non-issue has helped me to gain freedom back in my life, and I thank Marci for being a key support in my transition back to a more normalized, healthy lifestyle. S.D.
